Makarasana for upper back and neck
It is an ultimate asana for Upper back and neck. Crocodile Posture is beneficial for people with slip disc, spondylisis and other back problems.
1. Lie facing downward 2. Raising the elbows with the chin resting on the hands or fists. 3. Raise legs towards hips by bending them at knees.(optional)
