Indra Devi

I kept thinking about why "Indra Devi" wasn't allowed to learn yoga by Sri Krishnamacharya for a long time. I think it was related to the concept of "Acceptance". In the ancient times, the students were tested by the teacher if they were worthy for the teachings. I think Sri Krishnamacharya was doing the same thing. Also, at that time, white people were not considered trustworthy because England invaded India. Indra Devi was a white lady and that is why she was being tested by her teacher before accepting her as student.
